For casting professionals: to verify your identity, provide access to talent profiles and facilitate casting enquiries. For general enquiries: to respond to your message and maintain professional communication.
Talent Data Protection
We take the protection of our clients’ personal and professional data seriously. Talent profiles, materials and availability information are only shared with verified casting professionals. We do not publish full talent profiles publicly. Client data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Data Retention
Application materials are retained for a reasonable period to allow for assessment and future consideration. If you are not represented by EKO, you may request that your data be deleted at any time. Client data is retained for the duration of representation and thereafter as required by law or professional obligation.
